1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pp88 ("Platform", "we" or "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the pp88 website, mobile app, services, and all products we offer.

By accessing or using any part of the PP88 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms;

2 Eligibility and Registration

Pp88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on pp88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

General terms relating to transactions:

• Deposit: Credited to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation;
• Withdrawal: Processed within 1–3 business days upon completion of KYC verification;
• Minimum Limit: The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Deposit;
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by pp88;

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any wins can be withdrawn;

6 Game Rules

All games available on pp88 operate under the rules set by their respective game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system;
• Any technical disruptions occurring during gameplay will be handled in accordance with pp88's dispute resolution policy;
• Pp88 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent certification body to ensure fairness across all chance-based games;
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the member;
• Pp88 reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by technical errors or incorrect odds, with refunds credited back to the relevant account.

For Live Casino games, additional rules set by the dealer and studio provider also apply. Bets placed after the time limit set by the dealer will not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the pp88 platform:

All content on the pp88 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, user interfaces, source code, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of pp88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any pp88 content without written permission;
• Using the pp88 brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse engineering any part of the pp88 platform or software.

Using the pp88 platform does not grant you any ownership rights over the content available on it.

9 Liability Limit

Pp88 will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance;
• Internet connection failure or device issues on the member's end;
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence;
• Any decisions made based on information found on the pp88 platform.

In circumstances where PP88 is found liable, our maximum liability to you is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.

10 Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the PP88 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all active bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Pp88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any section of these Terms;
