About Us
Since launching, pp88 has become one of the most recognised names among Malaysian players seeking a complete, secure, and enjoyable online entertainment platform. We're more than a website — we're a community.
PP88 is an online entertainment platform established with one clear goal — to deliver the best, safest and most enjoyable gaming experience to players in Malaysia. We understand that Malaysian players have different tastes and needs from other markets, and that is why every aspect of PP88 is designed with local users in mind.
From the very beginning, we have invested seriously in robust technology infrastructure, partnerships with world-class game providers, and building a customer support team that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. Not just a slogan — this is our daily commitment.
PP88 offers a wide range of entertainment categories under one roof — Live Casino with real dealers, Sports Betting covering over 30 international sports, a Game Lobby with hundreds of slots and table games, and lively Bingo. All of this can be enjoyed through our web browser or mobile app, available for iOS and Android.
What sets pp88 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games we offer — it's how we treat every member. Every player, regardless of deposit size or play frequency, receives the same fair and respectful treatment. This is a core value we never compromise on.
"We don't just build a platform — we build a place where Malaysian players feel valued, protected and entertained every time they log in."
— pp88 Leadership Team
PP88 is designed specifically to meet the needs of Malaysian players. A Bahasa Malaysia interface, payment support in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and a Malay-speaking support team make PP88 truly feel like a local platform.
PP88 operates under a recognised international licence and complies with strict industry standards. All games offered have gone through testing and certification by independent bodies to ensure fairness and transparency.
Six core advantages that form the heart of the PP88 experience players love
All user data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication (2FA), biometric login support, and real-time transaction monitoring ensure your account and funds are always safe at pp88.
Pp88 supports all major payment methods in Malaysia — FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, plus Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are in MYR with no hidden fees, and withdrawals are processed within hours.
From Live Casino with real dealers to the latest video slots, Sports Betting, Bingo and fishing games — PP88 offers over 200 entertainment options from world-class providers for every type of player.
The PP88 app for iOS and Android is designed with performance and user experience as the top priority. Lightweight, fast and stable — enjoy all your favourite games anywhere, anytime, with an experience that is every bit as satisfying as desktop.
Pp88's Malay-speaking support team is available 24/7 via live chat, email, and social media. Every query — big or small — is handled promptly and courteously by trained representatives.
New PP88 members are welcomed with competitive welcome bonuses, while loyal members are rewarded through a loyalty program, weekly cashback, reload promotions and exclusive offers updated regularly throughout the year.
Every decision we make, every feature we build, and every policy we set is guided by these three core pillars. Not just for business — but because we believe it's the right way to treat our players.
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian player — regardless of their background or level of experience.
To be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players — known not only for a wide selection of games, but for the trust and community loyalty we build together.
Transparency, fairness, security and responsibility. We believe great entertainment starts with a solid foundation of trust between the platform and its players.
Every business decision is measured against one key question — does this benefit our players? Player interests always come first, not profit alone.
We continuously invest in the latest security technology. Data encryption, real-time fraud monitoring and rigorous KYC processes ensure a safe environment for all PP88 members.
All pp88 games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies. This means every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.
Pp88 never stops evolving. We continuously listen to player feedback, keep pace with technology, and refine our platform to stay relevant, fast, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
We believe healthy entertainment requires smart controls. PP88 provides deposit limit, loss limit and session time limit tools — all manageable by the player without needing to contact support.
PP88 was not built overnight. It is the result of years of hard work, learning from player feedback and an unwavering commitment to improving every single day. Here are some key milestones in our journey.
Every milestone we achieve belongs to all of us — to the dedicated pp88 team and, more importantly, to the millions of players who have placed their trust in us throughout this journey.
PP88 launched operations with a primary focus on Live Casino and Sports Betting. With a small but passionate team, we began our journey to build a platform that truly meets the needs of Malaysian players.
PP88 added a comprehensive Game Lobby with hundreds of video slots and table games from world-class providers. Membership grew rapidly as word of the platform's security and reliability spread through the player community.
Recognising that over 80% of Malaysian players access the platform via smartphone, PP88 launched a mobile app for iOS and Android. Player response was overwhelmingly positive — app downloads reached hundreds of thousands within just a few months.
PP88 reached a historic milestone with 500,000 active registered members. This achievement cements PP88's position as one of the most trusted and popular online entertainment platforms in Malaysia.
PP88 is currently developing new features including a virtual reality experience for Live Casino, more esports options and a more comprehensive loyalty program — all aimed at delivering the best experience for Malaysian players.

When we say PP88 is built for Malaysian players, we are not just using a catchy marketing phrase. We mean every word of it. From day one of our operations, a deep understanding of the local context — how Malaysian players interact with online platforms, the payment methods they use, the language they are comfortable with, and the games they love — has been the primary guide behind every development decision we make.
Malaysia is a unique market. Players here place great emphasis on trust and security before considering other factors. They want to know their money is safe, the games are fair, and that if a problem arises, there is someone who genuinely listens and helps. PP88 understands these needs and meets them not with empty promises, but with real action — a comprehensive security system, games verified by independent bodies, and a responsive and empathetic support team.
One of the things we're most proud of at pp88 is our approach to responsible gaming. We recognise that uncontrolled entertainment can have a negative impact on individuals and their families. That's why pp88 goes beyond mere licensing compliance — we actively promote healthy playing habits among our members.
Our responsible gaming tools include daily and weekly deposit limits that players can set themselves, loss limits to help control spending, session time limits with automatic reminders, a self-exclusion option to temporarily pause an account, and information and support resources for players who may need additional help. All tools are accessible directly from the account settings menu without needing to contact customer support.
The quality of games at PP88 is the result of strategic partnerships with leading game providers at the global level. We only work with providers that have received certification from recognised independent international bodies, ensuring every game available at PP88 meets high standards of fairness and transparency.
This means when you play at PP88, you do not need to worry about game fairness — every slot spin, every card hand, every dice roll is the result of a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) that cannot be manipulated by anyone, including PP88 itself.
Pp88 believes the best platform isn't built in a vacuum — it's built together with its community. That's why we actively gather feedback from players across multiple channels and use it as real input for platform improvements.
Many features available on PP88 today — including improved multilingual support, the addition of local e-wallet payment methods, and mobile app interface enhancements — are the direct result of suggestions and feedback we received from our player community. Every voice counts, and we take them seriously.
This is PP88 — not just a gaming platform, but an entertainment partner that understands, respects and always strives to deliver the best for Malaysian players. We invite you to become part of our community and experience the difference for yourself.
